Founder & Director
Laura is an experienced Executive Coach and Leadership Development professional specialising in guiding high-performing and high-potential senior leaders and executives to advance and unlock the next stage of their careers – enabling purposeful progression.
Laura has over 17 years experience coaching and developing individuals and groups across the employee lifecycle - from graduate to Partner. Most recently she has coached over 60 Directors to Partnership in Big4 organisations. Outside of coaching, Laura has led the strategic direction of leadership development programmes for key talent in some of the world's most advanced professional services firms. Topics have included;
